Return Policy

At Skin Love Self Care Co., your satisfaction is our priority! We want to make sure you're delighted with your purchase. Below are our policies regarding returns, refunds, and what to do if an item arrives damaged.

Returns & Refunds:

  • You have 7 days from receiving your item to initiate a return. Please ensure the item is unopened and unused to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds cover the cost of the item only and do not include shipping and handling fees. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed.
  • For electronic items like the High Frequency Wand, if it arrives defective or becomes defective within 30 days, we’ll happily send a replacement free of charge once the defective item is returned.

Final Sale Items:

  • All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. This includes purchases where a promo code was used.

Damaged Items:

While it's rare to receive a damaged item, we know accidents happen! If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at skinlovescc@gmail.com as soon as possible. Kindly include a photo or video of the damaged item so we can get a replacement sent to you (excluding shipping fees) ASAP!

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
