The most common use for a high frequency device is to “zap” unwanted acne blemishes to help them to anti-inflame and heal quicker. The zap that you feel has anti-bacterial properties as well as increases circulation to speed up healing of acne blemishes and oxygenate the skin. High frequency is also great to increase circulation within the face as well as the scalp to stimulate hair.

How to Use your High Frequency:

1. Wash face to remove all make up and skin care products. Make sure your skin is completely dry before use. If using on your scalp, make sure hair is dry
2. Insert your desired attachment and gradually turn power dial until you feel a slight tingling sensation
3. There are 2 ways to use the high frequency on the face; a “gliding” technique which using a piece of gauze or cotton is recommended for a barrier and you move the device in circular motions throughout the face, or a tapping technique in which you tap each acne blemish throughout the face for 1-3 minutes.
4. Once you are finished, apply your nightly skin care products per usual

Cleaning and Care:

ONCE DONE, remove the glass electrode from the device and wipe the part used with alcohol. Wipre dry with a clean towel.

WARNING: DO NOT use the high frequency with alcohol on the skin or on the electrode. Alcohol is flammable.
