Return & Refund Policies

At Skin Love Self Care Co. we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase! Below are our policies on returning items, refunds, and if you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival.

Return & Refund Policy:

 You may return your item purchased within 7 days if receiving the item. Item must be UNOPENED and UNUSED to receive a refund. A refund does not include the shipping and handling fees, only the cost of the item itself. Once the item is returned, a refund will be issued.

For electronic items such as the High Frequency, if it arrives defective or becomes defective within 30 days we will send a replacement free of charge once defective item is sent back to us.

ALL sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. This includes if a promo code was used for a discount.

Damaged Items:

Although it is unlikely that you will receive a damaged item, we understand things happen! If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at skinlovescc@gmail.com as soon as you can! We ask that you share a picture or video of the damaged item, and we will send you a replacement free of charge (excluding shipping fees) ASAP!

 

All products will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
